When do you bake?

We bake fresh every week. Pickup and delivery days are Wednesday & Thursday, 9:00am – 7:00pm. Orders are accepted Friday through Tuesday.

Use the Order Online page to build your own box, or shop our ready-made boxes. You can also message us on Facebook, by email, or by phone for custom orders.

What box sizes and prices do you offer?

Three sizes of Premium NY Style Cookies — The Sweet Six ($28 · 6 cookies), The Signature Ten ($40 · 10 cookies), and the Premium Box ($55 · 16 cookies). Plus our Cookie Dippers Box at $10.

Can I customize the flavors in my box?

Yes — every box is fully customizable. Mix and match any of our 8 signature flavors: Classic Chocolate Chip, Double Chocolate Madness, Ube Midnight, Carrot Dream Cake, Pistachio Crunch, Maple Pecan Crunch, Biscoff Crunch, and Royal Velvet.

Do you offer custom orders?

Absolutely — reach out for weddings, corporate gifting, events, or large-quantity orders. Please give us at least 1–2 weeks' notice for bigger orders.

Do you offer delivery?

Accepted Answer

Yes — local delivery is available within Brooks, Alberta for a $5 flat fee. Free pickup is also available.

How long do cookies stay fresh?

Keep your box sealed at room temperature and enjoy within 5–7 days for best freshness. You can also freeze them for up to a month and warm them up for that fresh-baked gooey center.

Are there allergens?

Our cookies are baked in a home kitchen that handles wheat, dairy, eggs, soy, and may come in contact with nuts. If you have allergies, please let us know in your order notes.

We accept secure online payment (credit/debit card), Interac e-transfer, and cash on pickup or delivery.
